Active event and game hosting
We do not sit behind a table playing music. Kelvin takes the mic to lead kids’ games, explain rules, announce raffle winners, thank sponsors, and keep the schedule on track.
Full outdoor capability
Clubhouses, greenbelts, parks, or pool decks. All we need is access to standard power, and we bring protective ground covers for grass and dirt.
Early morning and evening coverage
On site early for a 9:00 AM holiday brunch or hosting a lawn party up to the 10:00 PM community curfew.
Hassle-free board approvals
Formal proposals, itemized invoices, W-9s, and customized certificates of insurance for community managers and social committees.

Frequently Asked Questions
Yes. We regularly host events starting as early as 8:00 or 9:00 AM, arriving two to three hours ahead so sound checks are finished before residents arrive.
Only access to a standard electrical source. If our gear sits on dirt or grass we use protective ground matting.
Yes. On booking we issue a customized COI naming your HOA board, property management company, or park venue as additionally insured.
