When you hire us, you reserve us for your entire day.
Most DJ companies sell rigid four-hour packages and start watching the clock the second they play their first song. We do things differently.
First there, last to leave
We arrive early, typically 12:30 to 1:00 PM, to manage venue walkthroughs, set up multi-zone audio, run sound checks, and get dressed before your first guests arrive. We play through your final send-off and pack up only when the party is officially over.
Two dedicated owners
Kelvin commands the mic and reads the crowd. Taylor manages the schedule, vendor timing, and technical setup behind the scenes.

45 days out, the master agenda walkthrough
We review our Master Event Agenda framework together, outlining everything from guest arrival audio and processional cues to head-table entrances, dinner speeches, first dances, and send-offs. You leave with simple homework to fill in your preferences.

30 days out, the deep dive
We regroup to review your completed agenda, refine timing, solidify toast order, iron out bottlenecks, and lock in your music.

A quick call to confirm final headcounts, catch last-minute vendor changes, and make sure you feel ready to celebrate.

We do not charge by the hour. When you hire us, we reserve your entire day. We arrive two to three hours before guests to set up and test everything, and we stay until your event officially ends.
It is your event. We bring a proven blueprint and crowd-reading experience, but every song, announcement, and transition is yours to shape.
